The Condo Sale That Won’t Die

Gah!

Buyer now says that the rust in the bathtub should have been disclosed and she is looking in to estimates for replacing the tub.  Never mind that it is purely cosmetic - I have used and enjoyed the tub for almost 3 years.  Never mind that she had an inspector look at the condo and the tub was not even in the report.  Never mind (and this is an important point here) the condo is sold, the documents are signed and the checks are distributed.  Caveat emptor.

As the Soup Nazi might say in this case: NO MORE MONEY FOR YOU!

Ex-Wifey already has a stack of case law in the forward tubes and is ready to fire.
